If a company hires a candidate they received from Hirechain we send them an invoice and collect the bounty. Here's how and when we pay you, your share.
In order to pay a bounty to referrers, Hirechain must fill the role. If the client hires a candidate that was not found by Hirechain or decides not to hire, then no bounty is due.
- If Hirechain fills the role we will update the status of job to ‘Filled by Hirechain’
- If Hirechain did not fill the role we will update the status to 'Closed'.
You will receive a share of the bounty if a Hirechain candidate is hired and:
- Your candidate is hired
- Your candidate attends an interview
The date of your payment/s depends on the rebate schedule we have with the client. The rebate schedule ensures clients are refunded all or some of the fee if the candidate leaves or is terminated within the first few months of employment. The schedule and refund amounts can vary and will soon be visible on the 'Recruiting Tips' tab on the job, but here is a typical example:
If your candidate was hired you will receive 3 payments of 33%. Each payment will be paid 5 days after the milestone, assuming the candidate is still working at the company.
If your candidate was interviewed by the company you will be paid 5 days after the last milestone, assuming the hired candidate is still working at the company.
Hirechain pays referrers in USDC. To receive payment you will need to connect your Wallet on your Account page. We can support other payment methods but this is confirmed on a case by case basis.
Yes you can track your upcoming, paid or cancelled payments by clicking 'Payments' in menu.
