Overview

This integration allows our team to seamlessly push screened candidates into your Ashby ATS. This allows you to easily view, track and manage candidates sourced by Hirechain directly in Ashby.


How it works

    Client supplies Hirechain with a Ashby API Key (instructions below)
    Hirechain connects to Ashby
    Hirechain pushes screened candidates to their respective jobs in Ashby to the 'Application Review' status. All of the candidate's key information is included.


Setting up the integration

To setup the integration you will need to supply Hirechain an API key from your Ashby account. Here's how you do it:

    Login to Ashby and navigate to 'API Keys'. This can be found by clicking 'Admin' then 'Integrations' and then 'API Keys'. Here's a link if you are already logged in:  https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/api/keys 
    Click 'New' to start creating a new API Key
    Give your API Key a name such as 'Hirechain' and then click 'Create API Key'
    Now you need to select the following API Scopes to match the screenshot below. This will involve selecting 'Read All' and 'Write' for both Candidates and API Keys
    Click 'Save and Continue'
    Copy the supplied API Key to your clipboard and send to your Hirechain Account Manager who will complete the integration for you.
