You should not chase hirechain unnecessarily. Our ops team are all very experienced recruiters. We are chasing hiring managers as often as possible and will always update you when we have news. We review every candidate regardless of your referrer history.
We might be running through CVs, on calls, waiting for a hiring manager to come back on another CV etc. If something has changed with your candidate or they are about to take a different job then feel free to let us know but please do not chase for feedback as soon as you send a CV.
